We've partnered with local newspapers, chambers of commerce, internal student agencies and other organizations, providing them with classified ad or job web sites. Working with local professionals, such as realtors to help find housing for summer-time workers, HR consultants to help businesses develop job descriptions and employee manauals, and civic organizations to help support seasonal workers, we strive to support all sides in the recruitment process. Together with our partners we are creating a network of ways to reach a large and diverse pool of potential job applicants.

Beachjobz.com is sponsoring the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce's 24th annual Job Fair at the Ocean City Convention Center, March 7, 2009. We are working closely with the chamber to help them market the Job Fair and Beachjobz.com to over 1000 businesses along the Maryland-Delaware Coast and over 5000 high schools and colleges in the Mid-Atlnatic region. Our current newspaper partner is the Coastal Point in Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island, DE. We work closely with their staff to provide our advertisers with an expanded network of sites to place employment ads. We are currently in negotiation with a couple of other area newspapers.

We are partnering with CTDS as our Human Resources Consultant. Founded in 2002, CTS is a regionally based workforce development and human resources related training and consulting company. CTS provides consulting services to our subscribers through online discussions and in person seminars.

For seasonal and full time workers coming to the area for the first time, our partner Wilgus Associates provides listings of rental units. They will help workers locating to the Bethany-Fenwick region find the housing they need. From monthly or seasonal rentals, to year-round rentals, they are a full service Real Estate firm.
