Beachjobz.com is a new and exciting Web site created to fill two important roles:

to assist resort businesses in obtaining seasonal and year-round employees;

to reach young and energetic students and workers who are searching for summer employment or are looking to relocate to the beach.

To help you bring new employees to the beach or find those already here, we've created this section to help you get an advantage. We are marketing the site to young, college-aged workers through social networking sites such as facebook.com with ads that promote a beach life style. We are also promoting the site with our affiliated newspaper partners both in their Help Wanted sections as well as with display ads throughout the paper. Currently, we are partnering with the Coastal Point of Bethany Beach, Delaware. We are negotiating with other newspapers in our region to expand our network. We are also partnering with local chambers of commerce and with foreign student sponsor agencies.
